UX Researcher
We were responsible for managing Robopharma’s user research programme on their new ward robot product line. This involved conducting usability testing sessions to influence the development of the new product line.
We were responsible for leading the usability testing process: - for delivering both quantitative and qualitative research projects and conducing focus groups, surveys, one to one interviews with Principal and Chief Pharmacists within NHS Trusts.
We were responsible for analysing the research, liaising with senior stakeholders and working very closely with the company’s software designers and product engineers in England and Holland, using the insight I gathered to influence the final design of the product and to ensure it embedded user requirements.
The outcome of Discovery and redesign in Alpha, resulted in a new prototype which was cheaper to manufacturer, smaller and more mobile, provided more security features and enabled hospitals to secure open medication boxes for further dispensation.
